Julio has worked all over my house doing work including: taking down wallpaper and repairing the walls if needed, painting, replacing marble floors with marble, installing hardwood floors, putting up moldings, replacing rotting wood on the outside of the house and painting the entire outside. He is also licensed to do electrical and plumbing work needed to complete your project. During the pandemic I had an apartment built on our lower level. It turned out fabulous. It included a large full kitchen which was accurately measured to the inch when the cabinets arrived to be hung. The counter tops were accurately measured and installed. It was perfect. The rest of the work included installation of drywall, insulation, electrical work, flooring, doors hung, shelving added in closets and even picked out the paint color because I couldn't make up my mind. Work was good and customer service excellent. They were quick and did what they said they would do. I didn't specify the deck stain materials nor color and they didn't ask but they did a good job. Cannot ask for more than that!

The work started on the date agreed with power washing of the entire house and continued with two coats of paint on most surfaces. A series of repair needs in wooden structures were identified during that work, and we added those items to the project. The team, lead by the able and cheerful Mr. Dimas, worked efficiently and professionally for several days, only interrupted by inclement weather. We did a final walk-around to ensure that everything had been taken care of. There were minor issues in the communication with the office, but they were matters easily resolved. On the whole, a very positive experience, and I have already decided to go ahead with another project using the same firm.

Iâ d hired them again

R.P. Replaced 16 deck posts that were showing signs of rot at the ground level. The work was completed to our satisfaction and the crew were professional and courteous. This work was done early August during the COVID-19 pandemic which could have been cause of communication issues. A delivery arrived unexpectedly and the work crew did not show up one day. Neither of these caused any real problems though. We did have to pick up screws and other hardware in the yard and patio after they finished the work and we had discussed securing one corner of the deck which was supposed the be done at no cost but did not get done. We were still happy with the work and we were aware of stores running low on inventory which created delays for several companies in this line of work.
