"Blue dot lies!! I had a technician to my home who diagnosed the problem as a leak i paid the invoice they sent another technician to do the repair and this technician reassessed and provided a new diagnosis alleged that my Freon was “ stolen” from my unit and over charged me to refill the tank. Now all the Freon is gone again and i cannot seem to get a technician back to the home to repair the problem that i paid for in the initial service call. DO NOT trust this company. I was bamboozled their own technicians don’t trust each others work hence I’m in a hot house and out of a lot of money for a Freon refill that clearly leaked out with the leak that blue dot technician claimed he could not find. Run far and don’t allow these people near your unit THEY LIE and take money"
