"Don't waste your time because that's all this company will do is WASTE YOUR TIME. I had an appt for 10/20 between 8-12pm. Never got a call, nor a visit. Called to find out why an d was told that they sent a text informing of running late which I never got. Received callback from Nicole informing of non received text stating she would set up visit so that I would be 1st stop. I requested today 10/22 and was assured she personally would call me around 8:30am and tech would be here by 9am. It's now 9:37am and I've again yet to hear from Nicole nor a tech. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME BECAUSE LEN THE PLUMBER SURE WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!"

"Everything went very smoothly. Sam, the plumber, and is highly professional and knowledgeable. He replaced 3 faucets, 2 sink plugs, two valves, and two supply lines. Sam inspected the p traps, and he added adhesive where it was necessary. Sam also took a look at my two year old hot water heater, and he assessed my water supply to this unit. We discussed performing a complete drain, and check of the components of the heater at a later date. Sam also advised me that a toilet in the basement should be replaced with a more updated commode. We rarely use this toilet, but it's 35 years old. I felt comfortable speaking with Sam. I did not sense he was doing a sales pitch."

"Service went smoothly. Have been in this house one year. The toilet was new. Worked with 'Gary,' who's father founded Kastner Plumbing in West Friendship, which acquired AVS back in the 80s. Gary quickly validated the problem, determined that the toilet had not been installed properly; specifically, the wax ring was too thin (toilet base not contacting the ring), and that the screws used to fasten down the underlying flange were two short and had pulled loose. Service took about 50 minutes. Gary was very watchful not to spill water or leave a mess. Nice job."
