They were courteous and friendly. Provided a refurbished tank for softener to keep costs down. The did not identify that pressure tank was waterlogged even after I reported fluctuating water pressure. Replacing pressure tank was the solution which I performed myself.

We thought it was the element on the hot water heater but it ended up being one of the plumbing lines was leaking so they had to replace the line. The element, fortunately, was fine. The price was a little higher than I wanted to pay but they were very good and kept me posted as they were working.

Pure Water Pure Air LLC did an initial installation a year of a HomeGuard Water Softener which has worked out very well. They recently completed an inspection and tuned the system and helped educate us on proper use. Responded quickly, knowledgeable, patient and polite and most importantly professional. We'll definitely use them in the future and recommend them to friends.
