Scott Cullin, the sales tech was very accommodating with scheduling our initial appointment. He was on time, asked about our project scope, performed his water tests and made a recommendation based on the findings. He was not high pressure at all. I advised that I was getting competitive proposals and it would be a few days before I made a decision. Orbit's equipment is the most efficient, seems to be the best quality, and quite frankly had the best warranties. The installation went well. The installer removed old equipment and installed the new softener and filtration kit. He was in and out within the 3 hour time window specified. He answered all the questions I had for him during the installation. Once everything was done and cleaned up, he went through the operation with me, explaining how everything worked and what things to keep an eye on. Very good experience. "I met Jeff at my daughter's house to have several things done: replace her ultraviolet bulb, replace her water filter, hook up her water softener (she had recently purchased her home), and her washer needed the P trap put in which she had purchased. Jeff did all those things and checked her well system (the tank needed air). I was so pleased with Jeff's work and so glad there is an Angie's list! I had an appointment with a water treatment co. to change my ultraviolet light and cancelled it. Jeff came and changed the bulb, checked out my water softener, and put air in the water tank (which was not done ever by the repair guy from the water treatment co. I've used for years). Jeff listed things that would need to be replaced on the well gauge and switch and softener down the road. My husband appreciates the pressure in the shower! Excellent work. Considering the water conditioning guys charge $196 for only changing the bulb, we will definitely use Jeff's American Clean Water each year."
