"We hired Diversified Contractors to install a new patio, walkway and retaining wall at our home during the summer of 2017. The job consisted of removing an existing concrete patio and then installing a new patio and a 60-foot walkway using Westchester pavers. In addition, a 25-foot retaining wall incorporating a new PVC drainage system was installed under an existing deck. The job required a significant amount of landscaping and regrading of our backyard. "If you have a yard with a lot of trees, the tree roots will drive the cost of installing underground sprinkler systems through the roof! Also, just because you install a sprinkler system, don't expect a lot of grass growth if you have a lot of shade trees in your yard. Better to install shade tolerant ground cover."
