"Herbert from My Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Services did an excellent job in our Ellicott City, MD home. He removed mounds of pet hair from our carpets, vacuumed and then shampooed them. He took his time, and was very thorough. The difference is amazing. Our whole home looks brighter, and is clean and fresh. "Midland Carpet Cleaning was WONDERFUL!! My recliner(especially) and carpet have not looked this good in years. Robert, the owner and operator, arrived at the beginning of the time window and worked hard for 3 hrs on my carpets. He did a deep clean, hand scrubbed the recliner and some of the more stubborn carpet spots and then did the regular steam cleaning. His prices were more than fair for the amount of time and effort he put into the cleaning. I highly recommend"

"Good communications leading up to the cleaning day. Very punctual. Cleaning exceeded expectations - several rug stains that we could never remove were taken care of. The only slight/small complaint would be the amount of water left on the rugs resulted in us having to go over the carpet twice with our own vacuum...not a big deal, though. I would definitely recommend this company to others. Work on upholstery was excellent with most stains removed from white love seat and two white chairs."
