Robert, the owner and operator, arrived at the beginning of the time window and worked hard for 3 hrs on my carpets. He did a deep clean, hand scrubbed the recliner and some of the more stubborn carpet spots and then did the regular steam cleaning. His prices were more than fair for the amount of time and effort he put into the cleaning. I highly recommend"

The only slight/small complaint would be the amount of water left on the rugs resulted in us having to go over the carpet twice with our own vacuum...not a big deal, though.
