He was very thorough and provided all of the information we needed about how it would be installed. For accessibility, we decided to have a folding seat and two grab bars installed in the shower. Once all of the parts were delivered to Mako, the install itself took less than a day. The installers, Kevin and Riley, did a fantastic job and we are extremely pleased with the new shower and flooring. It not only looks amazing, it addresses all of the safety and accessibility issues we had with the old bathtub and floor."

He provided helpful guidance in the selection of all of the materials for the job and priced the job at a reasonable rate. The workmanship and attention to detail from Jose, who was assigned to the job from start to finish was exceptional. In the end, he did a beautiful job on all of the tile work, electrical work, painting, and installation. My house was built in 1924 and has tons of idiosyncracies and Jose had to work around to complete the job. In terms of professionalism, everyone wore masks and adhered to all of the COVID-19 best practices, and at the end of the job, Steve engaged a top-notch cleaning crew to leave the house in pristine shape in time for the Christmas season. Chevy Chase gets a great recommendation from me. My bathrooms are just lovely!"

"Jim arrived on time and got to work immediately. He was very friendly and professional. He had to drill holes into the tile in both of my bathrooms to install the grab bars. The master bathroom didn’t have studs that he could use, so he had to use anchors. This meant drilling additional holes and it took more time than usual. He left the bathrooms neat and clean. I also had him caulk the bathtub in the guest bathroom. He did a great job overall! I just wish that it wasn’t as expensive as it was. That’s why I gave the price a “B” rating."
