"As best I can tell they did the roof service ok, and installed the snow catchers. The only problem was that at least 25% of the snow catchers fell durning the winter of 2015. I had someone else come out and reinstall them.

When we met to discuss the estimate, I was very appreciative that in addition to the estimate, they gave me a worst case scenario cost. He didn't like the look of either, called a few guys back, and replaced it at that time. Again, I was impressed that he was willing to re-do the ridge vent and that he re-did it at that time. We've had a few storms since the roof was installed, and no leaks now! This was as perfect as a home improvement project could have been. I've already recommended them to many neighbors and colleagues."

"I had a leak in my roof.  One estimate was $22,000 and they wanted to do my windows which were not a problem.  Another estimate was for $5,000 with no guarantee.  K&R came over, diagnosed the problem to be flashing that had become lose, and fixed it in less than a half hour.  They also looked at the roof and told me it would last at least 5 more years, possibly more, I am now in my sixth year.  They also explained some new type roofs that were coming out that could possibly also convert light into electricity and later e-mailed my information on those roofs, but not a sales pitch.  Their price was so low I actually argued to pay more.  Will I use them again, d*** right.  And I will tell anyone who needs a roof or roof repair about them.

"l originally contacted the company approx. 2 yrs ago and was given a fair estimate. I had contacted other companies who had told me that I needed my entire roof redone at the cost of $6000! When Chico gave me a very detailed estimate of just what needed to be done, I knew that I would work with his company. During the 2yrs I would periodically receive emails asking if the repairs still need to be performed. They were always professional and polite, never pushy. When I finally came up with the money I contacted the company to have the roof re-assessed due to the time that had lapse from the original estimate. Chico came over promptly and offered to start work right then, and at the original estimate!  He even offered me advice on how to have my front door properly re-hung. He had my husband come up on the roof to take a look at the work performed. I couldn't be more satisfied with this company and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone for their integrity and professionalism throughout the process."
