"After another contractor cancelled my appointment at a late hour, I decided to find an immediate replacement. I moved furniture, cleaned the carpets and waited 4 hours for the previous contractor to cancel last minute... Which turned out to be good for me! Gerald of Carpet Magic was not only immediately responsive, he was courteous, professional and got the job done. My carpets were beyond dirty... Now they look and smell great. "They did an excellent job cleaning and sanitizing our carpet. I have done it many times myself using home remedies. However, this time, my elderly dog urinated on the carpet and then my son then tried to clean it by pouring a gallon of my concentrated rug shampoo over the extended area. Now I had 2 problems and although I tried to dilute the shampoo using buckets of water, I could not get the smell out and it looked horrible. So, I contacted Excellent Care Carpet Cleaning in Vienna, VA, and they were so very knowledgeable about what to do. We set up a time, their team came on time and were very good. They spent time getting it done right. It looks terrific and I could have never done what they did. Their steam cleaning and sanitizing was absolutely essential and it could not have had a better outcome. Thank you Excellent Care!
