Best grab bar installation pros near Kettering, MD

"Chapin Handyman does excellent work! We needed our basement windows (which had just been replaced by another contractor) to have either a trim border or wallboard put around them and decided to get caught up on a few other tasks that we just weren't getting around to. Nestor was very responsive for giving us a price, broken out by project. Each worker who came through (a) knew what was asked for from Nestor and also (b) double-checked the needs with us. The windows look *amazing* and we're really happy to have the ceiling fans switched out, our towel rack back up in the master bath, and the installation of a proper basement light switch (after making a bad call on not putting it in when we finished it years ago.) We can't recommend them enough!"

"DMV Kitchen and Bath RECOMMENDATION 2023 March In December 2022-January 2023, DMV Kitchen and Bath completely gutted and rebuilt 2 bathrooms for me (foundation, pipes, electric – everything). In addition, they restored several 110 year-old door transoms, installed new doors (5 panel solid wood) throughout the house, upgraded some woodwork, installed two pocket doors, and painted a few rooms. We used high quality materials throughout, not builder-grade. This is the third time I’ve asked DMV Kitchen and Bath to do a major renovation in one of my properties over the last 10 years. Each time they have done superior work when it comes to: • Doing service properly on first try • Promptness • Letting you know cost early • Neatness of work • Pleasantness • Advice on service options and costs • Overall quality • Prices I cannot recommend DMV Kitchen and Bath more highly. All three times, it’s been a hassle-free experience with excellent results. They’ve exceeded my (high) expectations every time."

"Josh, Tony, and Fabio of West Shore Home installed a new shower complete with glass doors, safety grab bars, and new fixtures in about 8 hours. This includes the tearing out of the old tile, tub, and fixtures"

"Bill did a great job on a variety of jobs (painted all interior doors, replaced the door knobs, painted a bedroom, replaced an exterior door, replaced rotting wood outside the garage, installed smoke detectors, unclogged a bathroom sink and stopped a leaky bath faucet). He provided me with constant updates and was a pleasure to work with."

"Walter was great. He and his helper arrived on-time and spent the whole first day busy. The second day he brought a different helper. They were very neat and cleaned up and covered the floor areas and our bed. They put in a barn door and had to install a header with drywall. They moved one light and put in 5 new lights. They also fixed one bathroom faucet that the cold and hot water lines had been switched. I would definitely recommend him to friends"

"I researched several companies to find a Power Recliner for my dad. I settled on Get-A-Grip. They offer chairs rent-to-buy, which is ideal for us. It was easy to order on the phone and set up delivery. When they arrived with the recliner, they brought a comfortable, attractive brand new one and set it up in 90 seconds. They were professional and courteous from the first phone call through delivery and beyond. Highly recommend. Easy, affordable, professional, courteous."

"Bobby Nesbitt is a pro and did an excellent job. He knows what he is doing and reinstalled 16 mini blinds for me after I had new windows in my home. He knew exactly how to install the blinds in the new window space. I hope to have him do small and large construction projects for me in the future. Bobby Nesbitt is the best."

"The installation of the backsplash and floor tile was done very professionally.  Daniel and Javier, the installers did an excellent job. They were very courteous and worked real smart and cleaned up afterwards.  I am very pleased with the workmanship. Daniel is an excellent installer and has an eye for detail.
Mr. Steven and Mrs. Jennifer, the owners of Chevy Chase Remodeling are great people to work with.  Mrs. Jennifer is a very patient and kind women.  I can't tell you how many times I had to call her with questions and reschedule the work to be done because of some unforeseen personal things that were happening in my life.  They were  very accommodating and worked with my schedule.  I would highly recommend them to others and if I need any additional work done, I will seek them out first.

"Erkay, Ismar, and team were absolutely awesome. Burju was our designer and she was fabulous as well. From the initial consultation to final walkthrough everything went smoothly and pretty seamlessly. Erkay is a fabulous project manager and was available onsite daily to assist Ismar and team as well as field any questions (even by text). Ismar and his team tackled everything from demo, tub installation, tile, plumbing, countertop installation, cabinet installation, hardware installation PERFECTLY. Those are some of the hardest working guys I have ever seen. I was impressed daily. Everything turned out amazing, we can’t wait to have them back to do another bathroom. Highly recommend. Cost is about on point with what it should be."
