Can't say enough good things about Kelemer Brothers, especially after dealing with a few other companies. We dealt with Joe and he was so nice and just a pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything as well as answered all my questions. Not once did I hear negatives about other companies from Joe. He focused on his product and gave us comparisons, but did not talk down about other windows. Joe said he has the same windows in his house, so that pretty much says it all regarding quality. Joe placed the order and it took about 4 or 5 weeks for the windows arrive. Once we scheduled the installation, his team showed up promptly and got to work right away. Less than a day to install 25 windows and a sliding glass door. Very efficient crew to say the least and very friendly too. They left the place very clean. I'm very happy with all aspects of Kelemer Brothers Windows and Doors. Love the look and feel of these windows. Highly recommend Kelemer Brothers.

Their installers were nice, professional and meticulous with installation, old window removal and clean up. Gabrielle was great and always stayed in contact throughout the entire process. And they gave us the best price ever. No one could come close. I highly recommend them for any window needs.

I got 24 windows replaced by the Kelemer Brothers. It was done all in one day by two crews. Communication with Joe was timely throughout the entire process and he was helpful. Things appear to be good regarding the windows, but it has only been one day. I ended up choosing Kelemer Brothers due to the stellar reviews on Google in the hopes that everything would be seamless. Unfortunately, two of the blinds that they took down and reinstalled ended up getting stuck, and ripped once I got them loose. They were working perfectly beforehand. Three other blinds that are exactly the same had no issues. One blind, once loose, had a part fall off completely and ended up breaking into 3 pieces, so that blind is now trash unfortunately. I have 24 great windows and sadly two ripped/broken blinds.

We had been putting off getting new windows for years, because of the expense. Finally decided…or the water coming in the front window decided for us, that it was time. I reached out to a few companies, big ones and small ones and scheduled estimates. Kelemer Brothers was the 3rd company to come by. As soon as I met Gabriel I knew this would be the company. I didn’t feel pressured, he did didn’t tell me in advance to have my husband available or a lot 90 minutes for a presentation. He came in, talked to me about what we were looking for and any problems that we were experiencing. Inspected and measured each window. Then shared with me his product and what his company could offer. Went out to his car and prepared a fair and AFFORDABLE quote. A quote that wasn’t going to change if I waited until the next day. That is how it should be! The day of install was also a great experience. I’d highly recommend Kelemer Brothers for your next purchase of windows or doors!

Kelemer Brothers replaced all my windows back in 2012, and I was very pleased with the windows and installation. This week I was cleaning windows and when I went to tilt one of them back up to close it, something snapped and the window wouldn't go back in properly. I contacted Joe and he responded within minutes. He came out later the same evening and within 10 minutes had replaced the broken piece and had everything back to normal. I feel like that's a very impressive level of service, especially since the windows were installed 11 years ago! They're just good, honest people who are a pleasure to work with.

It's been almost a year since I had my new windows installed. I waited to be able to give a better review. The whole experience was great and so are the windows. They are not high pressure sales and everything was honest and accurate. I had another (high pressure) company present the same windows and they did a very long presentation with a lot of information which Kelemer did not do. I could have used less presentation from the one company and more presentation from the other but for me, it all worked out. Just know, you will get a great product without a big presentation of "why you need these windows" and why you have to buy now. All 17 windows were installed in my townhouse in one day with no issues. This past year, my house has been amazingly consistent on each floor. No more hot/cold spots as I wander around. These guys offer a great product, great service, great communication, and are very responsive. I was wondering how they could get so many 5 star reviews and now I know!

The big task finding reputable window company was made easy by contacting the Kelemer brothers, They are outstanding installers replace 21 windows efficiently in one day. while they are a couple of glitches they were resolve quickly to our satisfaction by great customer service , They were a highly reputable dependable company to do business with.

Kelemer Brothers replaced all my windows in 2015. Everything about this company was stellar from start to finish. Recently, one of the windows would not stay open. I reached out to Joe who ordered the necessary part & came out himself on a Sunday to make the repair. At no charge. I have never dealt with another company as responsive as Kelemer. I cannot say enough good things about them. Highly recommend.

After receiving a few “teaser” prices from other contractors, Kelemer Brothers was refreshing. The salesman was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. The windows were very well constructed and delivered well before expected. The molding did not have vinyl “flash” present. All the seams were neat and tight. The installation crew was clean, neat, and efficient. The windows were set and foamed in place. The craftsman completed the break metal to seal the windows. The joints were tight. The breaks were clean. The trim was exceptional. Would I use them again? Without a moment’s hesitation. Great Job Joe!

Working with Gabe was a pleasurable experience. He recommended exactly what we needed for our kitchen door replacement. He promptly answered all of our questions. He came after the door was installed and went over and explained all of the features of the door. Our installer Ziggy was wonderful. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and a perfectionist. He even went above and beyond in helping us with some issues with our front storm door. We can’t say enough about how easy and wonderful it was working with Kelemer Brothers. The installers arrived on time. They took the time to cover the work area. They worked well as a time. Mr. Kelemer checked on the progress of the crew several times during the installation of the windows and the sliding door. He even brought us a bouquet of flowers, thanking us for being a customer. After the installation was complete, Mr. Kelemer showed us how to open the the windows and door. Everything went as planned, with no surprises. When we received the estimate for the job, there were no long presentations to listen to. Mr. Kelemer just took the measurements and suggested what windows would work best for us.

I found Kelemer Brothers on a random google search and decided to give them a call. When Gabriel came to provide me an estimate, he asked how I heard of them. I told him that I found them on a google search, saw all the 5 star reviews, and thought, no one could be that good and I wanted to see if he was full of… “stuff”… Now, I’m writing to say, he’s NOT full of… “stuff”… Kelemer Brothers started off a leg behind in my search. The day before, I had signed a contract with another company. I told them the price I wanted, they met it, so I signed (I had 5 days to cancel). I had Gabriel come out anyway because I wanted to see what he’d say. Gabriel was outstanding to deal with. He was the only one who walked into my house, looked at my windows and could point out which ones previously had glass replaced and which didn’t. There was no sales pitch, no hard sale, no gimmicks. He walked around, measured the windows, tapped some numbers on his phone and showed me a price. Back to that offer I already signed… Long story short, upon further review, they pulled a bait and switch and put different windows on the contract. Four days later, I had come to an agreement with Gabriel and canceled my previous contract. Alright Gabriel, I’m giving you a chance, don’t let me down! Fan-tastic! Gabriel was a pleasure to deal with start to finish. Very classy guy. His crew was very professional. They worked hard and consistent. They didn’t rush. They were clean and took care of my house while they were in it. They vacuumed and cleaned when they were done, they left no mess; when they left, I barely knew they were there. Gabriel brought flowers for my wife (she already liked him better than the other companies…) Gabriel was around to answer questions during the install. Any issues that I had with the install (I had minor nit picky things because I’m OCD) they addressed immediately and without issue. There were 2 screens that were ripped, Gabriel fixed them right there on the spot. Every window was installed well, was working, and I’m honestly very happy. It’s only been 3 days since the install so I can’t speak to years gone by, but very happy so far. Lastly, all the other guys came out with their sales pitches and how the materials they use are soo much better than everyone else… Kelemer Brothers used all the same material. All high-quality foam/caulk/trim/etc. Thank you Gabriel, thank you Vince, thank you to the rest of the crew!
