"I recently had drywall installed on my unfinished basement ceiling, and overall I’m very pleased with the results. Roberto was professional, arrived on time, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to properly measure, cut, and install each section, ensuring a clean and even finish throughout the space. What stood out most was the attention to detail—seams were well-taped and mudded, and the ceiling looks smooth. They also kept the work area tidy and minimized dust as much as possible, which I really appreciated given the nature of the job. The project was completed within the expected timeframe, and communication was consistent from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to finish or upgrade their basement space."

"We needed to have our 40-year-old bathtub converted into a walk-in shower for my elderly mother and have the bathroom flooring replaced. After an exhaustive search of potential companies, I came across Mako Shower & Bath. Shawn visited us for a consultation and gave us an opportunity to explore the different design options. He was very thorough and provided all of the information we needed about how it would be installed. For accessibility, we decided to have a folding seat and two grab bars installed in the shower. Once all of the parts were delivered to Mako, the install itself took less than a day. The installers, Kevin and Riley, did a fantastic job and we are extremely pleased with the new shower and flooring. It not only looks amazing, it addresses all of the safety and accessibility issues we had with the old bathtub and floor."

"Better than expected. He rolled with the punches and finished the install in time to get home for Valentine's Day!"

"Luis and his workers are great! He was punctual on the day he was to come over and provide an estimate. His workers were punctual on the days they came to work. They were professional, efficient, neat, cleaned up behind themselves and did an awesome job making repairs to my ceiling after recessed lights were installed and their painting was flawless. You can't even tell their were holes in my ceiling from recessed lights instillation. And his price was fair and adhered to. Now that I know they do more than just painting I will consider them for all my repair/updating needs."

"Rich and Mike at Riptide remodeling were the pinnacle of professionalism. They provided topnotch communication throughout the entire process of having a new roofing system installed on my home. This came at an exceptional bargin while still receiving top of the line product. If you have roofing or any remodeling needs, you would be foolish to not use riptide as your contractor of choice."

"Jim arrived on time and got to work immediately. He was very friendly and professional. He had to drill holes into the tile in both of my bathrooms to install the grab bars. The master bathroom didn’t have studs that he could use, so he had to use anchors. This meant drilling additional holes and it took more time than usual. He left the bathrooms neat and clean. I also had him caulk the bathtub in the guest bathroom. He did a great job overall! I just wish that it wasn’t as expensive as it was. That’s why I gave the price a “B” rating."
