I have used this company and the past and they have done satisfactory work, but this time there were very sloppy. I have basically two complains: (1) the existing screens on the gutters were missing or not properly reinstalled; and (2) there were small areas on the roof where the crew neglected to just blow off the leave and pine needle debris.

"Im sorry you were not satisfied with your most recent service. I was personally on this job, and remember it because the gutter guards were not fit properly by whoever installed them, (we didn't install them). They were the cheap type that just laid on the top of the gutter. I also remember rinsing down your roof because I saw more debris up there when leaving and brought the ladder back out a second time. Could it have been a storm after we finished the job? A simple call would have had this taken care of within a day if you were not satisfied as you live about 4 minutes from me. Both the owner, who came to give me the estimate and check on the job, and the worker who did the pressure washing were professional, thorough, fair, detail oriented and courteous. The job was done very well. I'd hire them again.

Outstanding. Called two days ago, they were able to fit me in today, came out and the guys on site were fast, thorough and professional, they also warned me about a drain line embedded along one of our retainer walls that wasn't draining as it should - they didn't have to do that, didn't have to pay attention to it, yet they did. A definite re-hire going forward.

Wonderful work! Pete and his team did a stellar job of cleaning our townhouse. Pete was accommodating and helpful when discussing pricing by phone, and was able to keep the original price estimate without need for adjustment. Two very nice gentlemen cleaned the gutters of our house. They were friendly and worked consistently to clean our very dirty gutters. The workers remarked about a tree growing in one of the gutters.

They cleaned the gutters but sprayed the debris all over the place and did not clean-up after themselves.

"I'm sorry to hear this, this is not how we typically clean gutters, I looked back on the job and saw that you had non-removable gutter guards that you asked us to spray off rather than clean by hand. So I'm assuming the debris on top of the gutter guards came off into the yard. In this instance we usually blow debris away from the house and then off of the hard scapes, i'm not sure if this was done or not but it should've been and I'm sorry if it wasn't. Please feel free to call me if there is anything stuck on your house or hard scapes that you need washed off. 301-949-8000"
