"Wow! From start to finish, A Clear View was fantastic to work with. We never had to have our windows cleaned before and so I went into the process not knowing much. My experience started with Carlie contacting us within hours from our search and helping to quote our project. She worked with me on pricing and understanding everything. Finally window cleaning day came and it was like Christmas. I was so excited. Jordan arrived at 7:30 AM and he worked non stop, quietly, perfectly cleaning all our windows until 5:30 PM that night. I had asked for inside, outside, screens and sills to be cleaned. He was fantastic. Our windows look absolutely amazing. He also was very attentive to my husbands work schedule and when he could clean the office windows and worked around his schedule for those windows. Meaning, he couldn’t clean those in the order he probably wanted to, but was super accommodating about it. Again, he was quiet, polite, understanding to the chaos with all our pets and lastly, never spilled a drop or any water. He had a large bucket that he would fill with hot water and his solutions and used our utility sinks for filling and dumping and there was nothing wet, spilled or splashed. Much better than anything I could have ever done. We are very please and highly recommend. And I will 100% be calling to have them come back next year around the same time! The best part…every year for Thanksgiving we gather for a mid day Thanksgiving meal with all the family. We can watch the sun set from our dining room. "These guys were a pleasure to work with. I had them replace an exterior door and install a storm door, a door leading to a garage with a 20 minute fire door (to bring it to code), and two windows in the basement. The work was done very professionally; it is clear that this was done by a master tradesmen and not some yahoo--as is often the case with northern Virginia contractors. I watched him working with (what appeared to be) the apprentice and the depth of his knowledge and experience was quite apparent. The individuals on the job were also very good and had enormous patience with my 3 year old's obsession with their tool boxes. They also put up with the frustration of working around other contractors (I replaced the stairs by one doors as well), who were not nearly as squared away as the guys from NOVA Exteriors--who showed enormous professionalism. I waited a few months to post my review and nearly six months since the work was done I am still 100% satisfied with the work done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. These guys were not the cheapest, and I did not want the cheapest. They did the job RIGHT, the first time, and I expect to get many good years out of these doors and windows. Bravo. I will likely need a new roof in the next 5-10 years (hopefully) and these guys will be my first call."

"A young and energetic crew (in attached photo) arrived on time (9 a.m.) and worked through lunch to complete our new Bay window by 3 p.m. All materials and workmanship are first rate. Color match on the exterior window trim was perfect! I had lots of little requests on touch-up detail work, and they met every challenge. All our questions were answered with a full demo on how the window features, sliding windows and screens, work. We look forward to their return for a second project."

"The window replacement was done efficiently and to high quality, and the windows look great. The only difficulty was with communication. After we ordered the windows, the supplier apparently stopped selling them to the Whiting Co., but they didn't call to tell us this -- instead, they sent somebody else to re-measure. I had to call again a few times to figure out what was going on, and the installation happened after my last call -- I'm not sure whether it was a coincidence, or how long I would have waited if I didn't call."
