"Wow! From start to finish, A Clear View was fantastic to work with. We never had to have our windows cleaned before and so I went into the process not knowing much. My experience started with Carlie contacting us within hours from our search and helping to quote our project. She worked with me on pricing and understanding everything. Finally window cleaning day came and it was like Christmas. I was so excited. Jordan arrived at 7:30 AM and he worked non stop, quietly, perfectly cleaning all our windows until 5:30 PM that night. I had asked for inside, outside, screens and sills to be cleaned. He was fantastic. Our windows look absolutely amazing. He also was very attentive to my husbands work schedule and when he could clean the office windows and worked around his schedule for those windows. Meaning, he couldn’t clean those in the order he probably wanted to, but was super accommodating about it. Again, he was quiet, polite, understanding to the chaos with all our pets and lastly, never spilled a drop or any water. He had a large bucket that he would fill with hot water and his solutions and used our utility sinks for filling and dumping and there was nothing wet, spilled or splashed. Much better than anything I could have ever done. We are very please and highly recommend. And I will 100% be calling to have them come back next year around the same time! The best part…every year for Thanksgiving we gather for a mid day Thanksgiving meal with all the family. We can watch the sun set from our dining room. "We contracted Window Genie to power was the exterior of our house as well as an exterior cleaning of all our windows. Keith and Zach were courteous and professional. Their work was very thorough. When they had completed the work, we walked the property to inspect the finished product. I was extremely happy with everything. Our white trim on the house looked like it had all just been painted and the windows were very clean. I would highly recommend using Window Genie for your home cleaning projects. "Excellent workmanship and products I have had three installations with Power in the past two years. I first used them for a new roof and gutters. The workers were all knowledgeable in their area of work. Clean up was good although some nails kept showing up over time. Next I had the 2nd floor windows and some 1st floor windows replaced, 9 in total. Installation went well and they cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I love the windows! They are a beautiful and energy efficient product. Lastly, I recently had a bay window replaced in my kitchen with the same type window. The workers ere all friendly and explained what would be done. The area was draped with plastic to cut down on dust. Clean up was excellent inside and outside! The window is beautiful and the framing on the outside of the window matches the other windows and the small roof above the bay window was replaced with the same roofing as the rest of the house. I would choose them again for any future projects."

"These guys were a pleasure to work with. I had them replace an exterior door and install a storm door, a door leading to a garage with a 20 minute fire door (to bring it to code), and two windows in the basement. The work was done very professionally; it is clear that this was done by a master tradesmen and not some yahoo--as is often the case with northern Virginia contractors. I watched him working with (what appeared to be) the apprentice and the depth of his knowledge and experience was quite apparent. The individuals on the job were also very good and had enormous patience with my 3 year old's obsession with their tool boxes. They also put up with the frustration of working around other contractors (I replaced the stairs by one doors as well), who were not nearly as squared away as the guys from NOVA Exteriors--who showed enormous professionalism. I waited a few months to post my review and nearly six months since the work was done I am still 100% satisfied with the work done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. These guys were not the cheapest, and I did not want the cheapest. They did the job RIGHT, the first time, and I expect to get many good years out of these doors and windows. Bravo. I will likely need a new roof in the next 5-10 years (hopefully) and these guys will be my first call."

"It took a while for my initial inquiry for a quote to be answered. I received a call back a week or so after leaving a message. Once I scheduled an appointment, the rest of the process was pretty seamless. I had already signed a contract with another company and had one remaining day to cancel, so a salesman came to my home very quickly to give me the demo and discuss price. The Angie's List price was comparable to other companies' discounted prices. A few days after signing the initial contract, I added two additional windows to my order, which communicated via text and I just had to sign an addendum and email it back. It took less time than expected for the window delivery. Scheduling the installation appointment was done quickly. The installation was originally scheduled for a Friday, but because they were calling for rain, the main point of contact decided to do the installation the next day, which required some last-minute schedule adjustments on my end. The three installers showed up on time (8 am-ish), they completed the installation of my seven windows by mid-afternoon (before 3 pm), they cleaned up after themselves as they were working, and appeared to work pretty efficiently. The windows look fantastic, from the inside and outside. I can already feel the difference in my home; it's not as hot as it usually is in the summer. The only thing I wish I had known was that the new windows would take up most of the bracket space. The blinds I had were pretty expensive custom blinds, and now I have to install curtains because there is no space to re-install my blinds. Overall, fantastic work and I would definitely hire The Whiting Company again."
