I hired IHI to install new insulation and vinyl siding on my son's attached rambler. My experience overall in working with this team was excellent. From the start, Paul worked with us to address all of our goals for this project (warmer home, gaps filled in foundation to keep out mice, more effective insulation) and did not try to upsell us. Through every phase of the work he kept in constant communication, letting me know when materials would arrive, keeping me abreast of any new findings with the structure of the house as work unfolded. He even went above and beyond the call of duty in meeting our tight deadline for work completion because of a coming grandbaby. End result -- a warmer and more attractive house, work done by a highly professional and responsive staff -- all at a reasonable price and ahead of original timeline for completion. I highly recommend this firm!!

Paul and the team at IHI are honest professionals and are a true pleasure to work with. Paul will give you an honest quote that will beat the competition and the team will provide an experience that will make you question why dealing with any other contractor is worth the price tag. If there is ever an issue, Paul takes full responsibility, and ensures everything is done right. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to him. The team at IHI should be proud of the quality of work they perform and the experience they provide. When the project started in October, the IHI siding team, Mr Jung and Alex, were friendly, kind, and did excellent work. My toddler loved seeing the “‘struction guys” every morning, and they always gave him a wave and smile. When it came time to install the new door Noi, Roberto, and team were also very friendly and professional.

6+ Room New Window Service
I used Innovative Home Improvements to replace the windows in my 3 story townhouse. This was the only company willing to give me a ballpark estimate without having to make an appointment so I could budget and plan for the windows. I had lots and lots of questions and Paul readily took the time to answer all of them completely without pressuring me to make a decision before I was ready. He even set up an appointment for me to see the windows in person at the manufacturer. I can't say enough about how smooth the process was and how quickly and efficiently the windows were installed once I finally made a decision. The installation team was prompt, conscientious and quick. They did an excellent job of cleaning up once finished. This company ticked all the boxes of what is important to me and I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again for any future work!

My house underneath the siding installed 4 years ago was a disaster. Paul's team of Mr. Jung and Alex had to use over 70 pieces of plywood to fix holes and rotted out areas. The team worked weekends when rain delayed efforts during the week and arrived between 730 and 9am each day and left most days after 6pm. They did an amazing job and have an outstanding work ethic. I gathered four quotes from different companies and Innovatives was at or below the others with one major difference, quality of the product quoted in the cost. The other companies only quoted for regular vinyl siding while Paul quoted 1 1/2 thick insulated siding. Coupled with Innovatives professionalism, work ethic and fair price, you won't regret working with their team.

Working with Paul, the owner, has been a great experience. After doing a great job replacing all of the windows in the front of our house, we went back to IHI for a quote on a front door replacement, including the side-lights. He was patient while I sought out other quotes, all of which were at a higher cost for a lower quality door. Paul helped us pick out a design, order, and schedule the install date. The materials came in faster than expected and the full install took less than 4 hours. Noe and his team did a great job again during the install and were courteous, timely, and respectful. They did a great job cleaning up after the project was complete. Paul came by an hour or so later for a final sign-off. We have already recommended them to our neighbors and we will go back to them for any future applicable projects!

Paul, the owner, gave terrific customer service. We got 3 estimates and he was the only one who didnâ t ask me to sign on the spot. His crew was prompt and professional. They cleaned up after themselves every day. They performed all tasks for which they were hired, at the agreed upon price. I highly recommend this company. They replaced all our siding/backer, soffit, fascia, rim board, wrapped windows, gutters/gutter guard, and downspouts. Great experience, start to finish.
