"I met with Dave (project manager) and we discussed extent of work needed to restore my stone patio after many years of neglect. A key feature of the repair plan was to install a border around the stone patio. Dave also recommended that we pull up most of the lower patio and establish a good base for the stones, and repoint the upper patio where mortar joints were degraded. I decided to go with Daves recommendations and Lopez ( crew supervisor) and his crew did a great job restoring the patio. I am looking forward to pressure washing the stone to bring out the color after the mortar has fully cured. I could not be more pleased with the results!"

Lily and her team removed everything, fixed the area where the patio had been damaged by a neighboring tree, laid a new brick path matching the existing patio, and plant new ground cover in the yard. He recommended Nicolock Pavers for the patio I wanted. Before he left, I had a detailed proposal that was not only fair, but included everything that would be done. I hired him on the spot. NO BS! Straightforward and honest. Dave and his awesome crew came out 8 days later and completed our patio in one day. Let me tell you, Dave's crew took an ugly space under our deck in the back of our townhouse, that wouldn't grow grass, and transformed it into a thing of beauty. "I have used this company before, for a patio at our old house, so when I moved and so I would need a new sidewalk I knew who to call. Derek, the sales person and estimator,arrived right on time and was very professional in suggesting a design for the new sidewalk. He also suggested that we could use some of the existing flagstone to build a pad for our trash cans around the side of the house. they told me they estimated the work would be done at the end of August, but they actually came out two weeks early to do the work. on a hot day, the team worked hard and was very efficient and precise. Mr. Morgado the supervisor was there at the beginning and we discussed and confirmed the work to be done...then he gave clear instructions to the crew. They did a super job, and it looks terrific...attractive and professional. Santos the crew leader confirmed things with me before doing them, like how to handle a tricky step up from the driveway. We are very pleased with the sidewalk and have gotten several compliments on it."
