"I was very happy with the flagstone patio work performed by Pro Landscapes. Several other companies recommended ripping out the existing patio entirely and replacing it with concrete pavers that are easier (than natural stone) to install. Pro Landscapes was able to maintain the existing base and curvature of the old patio and install new flagstones. They also installed an extension. Would definitely recommend."

The workmen did a very nice job making a level walkway to my backyard and gazebo and installed a nice little patio out side the gazebo. My walkway leading to my front door needed to be level and they were able to make it look like new. The workmen were pleasant and eager to please and I especially appreciated how nice they cleaned up the work area at the end of each day. Jamie was here everyday to inspect the work and address any concerns that we may have had. I would enthusiastically recommend this company for any of your landscape needs. "Removed old concrete patio: This was an old 1963-era concrete slab. Massive. Mike & his team brought in jackhammers and made quick work of it. Waterproofing: Removing the old slab revealed a damaged (and possibly leaking) portion of the house wall, which Mike's team repaired well. Replaced with new patio: Mike's team poured a new cement layer, then installed a new flagstone patio surface on top of that. Also a new step (concrete with flagstone exterior) at the door threshold. They also re-installed an iron railing which had been part of the original patio configuration. The job went well in all respects. We're happy with the team's work and with the new patio. I've worked with Mike and Diversified Contractors several times now. Each time, Mike has had good ideas & suggestions. Each time, his team has demonstrated excellent skills. Again, I'm looking forward to our next project."

"Wonderful experience!! This is the second time we have used Maryland Decking and Kyle Funk as our salesperson; they came in on budget for our project and in the time frame that we needed. Kyle is great, but we had a couple questions regarding the placement during installation, so he showed up day of installation with shovel in hand. They want things to be as right as we did, which is refreshing. GREAT customer service! The project consisted of extended a patio that we had done by them a few years ago, you would never know that it wasn’t original, blends perfectly and the crew couldn’t have been better, they worked hard and when we asked a question they stopped to listen and then gave us the answer without being annoyed. Left the site neat and clean too. Hard to find good workers, with good customer service while staying in budget and on time with a great salesperson on top of it!
