Betterliving sunroom of the Capital area is sub division of Deck Soldier - family own business, over 14 years we spetialise in Deck building , restoration and screen porch constractions. December 2023 is time when we get opportunity to be come dealer for one of the best Sunroom manufactory -Betterliving sunrooms. Beginning of 2024 was education time. We spent 2 weeks with crew leaders on factory in PA - learning new materials and installation process. Another 2 weeks our sales team learned history of 70 years company and saw how every detail of sunroom is made, learn why Betterliving Sunrooms is best quality sunrooms on market. We proud that we build over 30 Sunrooms and screen porches in 2024 and all our customers happy with their final rooms. We sustain our business on quality and integrity. It went very well. Alex promised that it would be done in 4 days and it was finished in 4 days. The guys did exactly what I wanted so I was very happy, they also cleaned up everything before they left. Deck Maintenance
The job went great. They came out removed the old deck flooring, stairs and nails. During the project they kept the site clean of debris, nails and trash. They put down new deck flooring, provided deck trap door for water faucet access, new stairs, sanded off writing on lumber and added rail for the stairs (concrete posts for stability). They waited to stain the deck after wood had been exposed to elements and dried. The team let us know when they were coming to do work and what to expect. Their cost was reasonable and they were not like other companies that just wanted to sell and do things that were not necessary.

I was extremely pleased with the flawless work performed by Chris and Michael. They are highly skilled and worked tirelessly to do a superb job. They made sure to cover required surfaces before initiating the work and cleaned up debris and material before they departed. Satisfaction will definitely be guaranteed if you hire this company to perform tasks they advertise. It was 9/14 at 1:20 PM EST, I spoke to someone from The Deck Boss. I originally called twice but no one answered. A woman called me from an unknown number, and she didn't specify where she was calling from. When I told her about my project, she was rude and didn't speak clearly. Something was stuck up her ***. It's a shame because I didn't get to meet the rest of the folks here at the company to get a quote or experience the service from others. I will say this was one project of a couple more that I had planned to consider calling this company to see if they would consider, but after this call today I would never go through this company. I suggest that your representatives have customer service training. She is minimizing your potential profits.

Everything went very well. Rus came and gave an in-person estimate, and the price was competitive even though they had to refinish by hand (rather than spray) due to the landscaping around the deck. His team worked very hard when the weather allowed them to, so the job was done in a timely manner. I would recommend them.

I couldn't be more pleased with the finished product. My deck had many rotten joists, posts, railings, stair treads and boards. It was discolored and falling apart. Leon and his excellent team came to the rescue and replaced all floor boards, railings, stair treads and many joists and several posts. They hauled away all old wood and trash. I now have a beautiful deck that looks brand new! Leon and his team exceeded my expectations. I recommend this company and would hire them again.

I have a very large deck 1200 sq ft and was adding a 12 X 12 ft section. The estimates I was getting were extremely high and Deck Boss, aka Leonpro Services gave me the best price. I was a bit nervous about using the lowest estimate but I spoke with other clients and saw their work and it was very good. So we hired them. They were very professional, arrived each day early, cleaned up all trash and produced a beautiful deck for me. Their english is at times limiting but they manage to communicate and did a lovely job. They do more than you ask for. I am very pleased.

Okay. They used the wrong color. But, I decided not to make a big deal. Now, I kind of like the color. The worker made up for it, by painting an outside wall for me. So it ended well. i wish they stained below the deck.
