"I met with Dave (project manager) and we discussed extent of work needed to restore my stone patio after many years of neglect. A key feature of the repair plan was to install a border around the stone patio. Dave also recommended that we pull up most of the lower patio and establish a good base for the stones, and repoint the upper patio where mortar joints were degraded. I decided to go with Daves recommendations and Lopez ( crew supervisor) and his crew did a great job restoring the patio. I am looking forward to pressure washing the stone to bring out the color after the mortar has fully cured. I could not be more pleased with the results!"

He worked with us on ideas to bring down cost when it was over our budget. He also came out the day before installation to put flags on the property so my husband could see the general outline (he was not able to be there for the estimate or installation). The day of installation came and we were lucky that a double work crew was available that day! They installed everything in one day."

The workmen did a very nice job making a level walkway to my backyard and gazebo and installed a nice little patio out side the gazebo. My walkway leading to my front door needed to be level and they were able to make it look like new. The workmen were pleasant and eager to please and I especially appreciated how nice they cleaned up the work area at the end of each day. Jamie was here everyday to inspect the work and address any concerns that we may have had. I would enthusiastically recommend this company for any of your landscape needs. "Wonderful experience!! This is the second time we have used Maryland Decking and Kyle Funk as our salesperson; they came in on budget for our project and in the time frame that we needed. Kyle is great, but we had a couple questions regarding the placement during installation, so he showed up day of installation with shovel in hand. They want things to be as right as we did, which is refreshing. GREAT customer service! The project consisted of extended a patio that we had done by them a few years ago, you would never know that it wasn’t original, blends perfectly and the crew couldn’t have been better, they worked hard and when we asked a question they stopped to listen and then gave us the answer without being annoyed. Left the site neat and clean too. Hard to find good workers, with good customer service while staying in budget and on time with a great salesperson on top of it!
