Rick Matney, founder of Matney Construction Services Inc., has over 20 years professional experience in modular construction and residential remodeling. Rick is licensed in the state of Maryland with the Maryland Home Builders Registration #5007 and the Home Improvement Commission MHIC #89780. With system-built home construction, you have hundreds of floor plans to choose from. Large varieties of interior designs and finishes are available to suit every style. Matney Construction Services also has a fully merchandised design center to help you design the home of your dreams. We handle all phases of construction from land and site development to landscape design. Matney Construction Services' goal is to work closely with our clients on their projects to create the home of their dreams from design/build additions to outdoor living spaces. Whether it is a single room or an entire home, we believe in open communication as a key to achieving your desired result.
