"HBLLC went about their work in an extremely professional and detailed manner. The work was finished by the date promised. The written homeowner/contractor agreement would make any lawyer proud. The agreement provided a road map for the work that was to be performed; and HBLLC adhered to the letter and the spirit of the agreement. During the course of the work when necessary tasks arose that had not been foreseen; HBLLC immediately issued a change order to the original agreement. HBLLC communicated and kept me informed daily as to what work was completed and what still had to be done.
