Expected a more thorough and expansive **report** on the condition of my gutters but was only told that the downspouts **might** be a problem area suggesting I replace all of them. I did agree to that over a week ago at a cost of $500+ but they havent committed to an installment date as yet. It IS great that I dont need to be around for them to do their job but would be nicer to have some advance notice more than the **we are coming** on the day of."
