Special thanks to Michael and the whole team for their persistence in dealing with my insurance company who only wanted to pay for roof repair, rather than replacement. Michael carefully explained that roof repair would lead to further damage. The insurance company concurred with Michael’s persuasive argument and authorized the full replacement. Michael coordinated the process of ordering the shingles and scheduling the installation date. The installation team arrived on time and kept me informed of the process. Once the work was completed, the crew thoroughly cleaned up the debris and performed a final inspection. I highly recommend AHRT to anyone interested in their roofing service. I would use them again if necessary. The customer service was 5 star; answered emails and phone calls promptly."

Rob our sales rep was patient and understanding of our needs - even coming back a second time as we had a hard time deciding on what we wanted. Their team worked quickly and did a great job installing some beautiful new doors. We noticed after the installation that there were some imperfections on the hardware installed and they have agreed to replace them & their customer service was top notch. They responded quickly to some minor concerns and went above and beyond to fix the problem. While doors are never cheap, their price was right in line with other Provia vendors and 1/2 the price of Pella vendors. I'd highly recommend them."
