"The process up to the QA Inspection was excellent. People were friendly and knowledgeable. Austin was excellent at giving honest answers to all our questions. When I asked him one he couldn’t answer he didn’t try to BS his way through, he simply said he didn’t know and then proceeded to make calls until he got an answer. At the Pre-install inspection we were told the install crew would arrive between 8-10. The install crew chief was very surprised to hear that when he arrived at 7. The installation was also excellent. Done and dusted by 4PM. The QA inspection cost you an excellent rating. It was little more than a high pressure sales pitch to replace my aluminum siding with vinyl. I just spent $20K on a new roof and he pressured us to spend another $40K on something that doesn’t need to be replaced. Not cool. I would definitely recommend Power, but with a caveat on the QA inspection."

He was was professional throughout the process. He responded quickly to all of my inquiries by phone and email. Most of the work was completed by Douglas and his assistants Benjamin and Caesar. The installation crews were hardworking and efficient and the quality of their work was great. Overall a very pleasant experience and I'm very satisfied with the end product."

"The entire process was absolutely painless. I obtained 3 bids to complete the spray foam insulation process and based on the competitive price and the professionalism when they were determining their cost, I went with Tri-State. Everything they told us from the dates of installation to the total cost was exactly as they promised. This was a two story timber frame carriage house with numerous exposed posts and beams and exposed rafters. I was very concerned about getting the foam on the timber structure and ruining the look of the building. Tri-State assured me they would take the steps necessary to protect the exposed timbers. They spent at least one and a half days wrapping the timbers with plastic, cardboard, and painters tape. Then and only then did they start the spray foam project. After the foam had cured, they removed all the excess foam and the previously installed protective coverings and cleaned the entire building broom clean. Much to my amazement, their was not any spray foam on the timbers, rafters, floors, or steps. The entire building is sealed and ready to finish. Tri-State did a fantastic job from beginning to end."
