"Rich was a true professional from the walk through and estimate to performing the carpet cleaning. He explained the process and is very reasonably priced. He cleaned the carpet of a 3 story townhome. The carpet had not been cleaned for many years. The carpet looks like new after the cleaning. It took approximately 4 hours to complete the job. I would highly recommend Rich for all your carpet needs. He also referred me to a contractor that was able to fix a roll in the carpet prior to cleaning."

"HIghly recommend Daniel. He arrived on time. He gave us an estimate (time/dollars) and got to work right away. Daniel is not only excellent at his work, he is polite and considerate. The results are amazing--the carpets look new. We've been in our house ten years and this is the first professional carpet cleaning we' had done. In the past we used our in-home carpet cleaning machine. No comparison. From now on Daniel is our go-to carpet cleaning person. "I have used the 200 Degrees several times in the past. They did a very good job then, and they did a very good job this time. I realized after they left that they had cleaned a fourth bedroom that wasn't on our original agreement so I mailed them a check for the fourth bedroom. I plan to used them in the future."
