"After noticing that a porch column and wooden shutter seemed hollow, we found hundreds of eggs beneath our front doormat.  We thought that we might have a termite problem.  Our technician, Matthew, was on time, thorough and very informative.  He immediately identified the eggs as being an ant problem, and the soft wood due to water damage.  To allay our worst fears, he allowed us to accompany him as he inspected the outside property, the entire basement and every room in the house. After treating for the ant problem, he told us about termite prevention and left us with information should we decide to do that at some later date.  He did not pressure us into buying anything.
