Even though they are quite a distance from my home, Grove took the job and traveled the distance to diagnose and troubleshoot the problem. It was a rare malfunction, which did not respond to initial attempts to fix. The serviceman did not give up, and Grove was highly dependable in researching the problem, calling in supervisors and Trane technical support, making multiple long-distance visits, always arriving on time as expected, and ultimately arriving at a solution. They are a bit more expensive than my local company - but they did great work - and I figure it's the cost of quality. Highly recommend Grove HVAC - I will hire them for routine maintenance going forward."

"I’m back again to write another stellar review for GAC. Last year they replaced our HVAC system; this year we circled back and had them install a home generator. This was a long and drawn out process due to the various approvals needed from Montgomery County as well as coordination with Washington Gas (which ended up not just being a simple sign off but necessitating an additional, expensive upgrade to the gas line from the street to our home). Nevertheless, GAC did a fantastic job shepherding this process over the 6+ months of waiting on stakeholders, and they were also maximally accommodating to our family’s significant constraints on time and availability (due to health concerns related to a medically fragile family member).
