It was a rare malfunction, which did not respond to initial attempts to fix. The serviceman did not give up, and Grove was highly dependable in researching the problem, calling in supervisors and Trane technical support, making multiple long-distance visits, always arriving on time as expected, and ultimately arriving at a solution. They are a bit more expensive than my local company - but they did great work - and I figure it's the cost of quality. Highly recommend Grove HVAC - I will hire them for routine maintenance going forward."
