When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. "My house got up to 89 degrees on the inside and I am slightly handicapped and have 3 animals so it was an emergency. Mr. Lowery was willing to come out that night even though it was a Saturday! He literally called me within 3 minutes after I left the request. Getting the part was difficult during the pandemic, but Mr. Lowery managed to locate ONE and pushed to have it delivered ASAP. It was a difficult job as the furnace fan is located in a crawl space and he and his helper had to crawl on their knees to access it through a small opening. He kept me up to date throughout the process and called me afterward to check on my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Lowery Heating and will use them for annual maintenance as well as other projects since they also do construction."
