When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He was very professional and conducted several tests to insure that there were no leaks when the toilet was flushed."

"$99 diagnostic fee to identify the problem (two wires in the condenser were rubbed out from vibration and touching each other, which shorted the system, causing the thermostat to not turn on), plus $240 to put two pieces of electrical tape on them... Very professional and knowledgeable, but the actual repair portion of the price seems steep considering the nature of the repair. No new parts were installed or replaced."
