"If you’re looking for effiiciency and professionalism, this is the Chimney company for you. Tiffany, Jimmy, and Randy were great! They scheduled an appointment within the week I called for a consultation. Jimmy came out and assessed the problem (he is very personable), and Randy returned a few days later with the part needed to fix my gas fireplace. "They were a little late, as a previous job went over. But to compensate me for the delay they gave me a free dryer vent clesning, and it really needed it. The guy was very courteous and thorough on my chimney, cleaned it but said he didn'the notice any real occlusions, and recommended I preheat the chimney in the future, which I tried last night and it worked great. Overall good experience, and great at communicating and keeping me in the loop."
