They meticulously lowered every tree piece and took care to not damage anything. They finished ahead of schedule and by far had the best price around. "I contacted five tree removal services for estimates. Richard's Tree Care was the only one who has yet to provide me with an estimate. I do not know what the problem is. I initially attempted to establish an appointment by using the online form on their website. After three or four days of not hearing from them, I decided to contact them by telephone. I did get hold of someone and set up an appointment. The guy came out. Took my list of what was to be done. We went around the yard discussing each tree. At the end, he said he would email me the estimate. I asked if he had my email address. He assured me that the office had it and my telephone number. I waited five days; emailed the office, and still have not heard from them. But, I had to move on. I believe that I gave them ample time to respond, but they chose not to or their communication system is not operating properly. Don't know. Don't care at this point."

He came gave me a reasonable price so I hired the company and scheduled the day & time. They came on time, did a great job on my tree which could have looked oddly uneven, yet didn’t because they definitely knew what they were doing. I would hire them again and recommend them to family and friends."
