He arrived within a two hour time frame, which amazes me as most companies have clients waiting 4 or 6 hour periods for someone. The project was installing our natural gas line to the new stove. Originally we were not happy with the result. However, when we expressed that it was not done to our liking, he returned the SAME DAY to fix it.
