"It went well. They responded promptly to my request for service. Initial inspection of the attic, they believed we had squirrels and a huge birds' nest. They then closed/screened off all entry points. However, once I reported actually seeing a raccoon in the yard, they put out traps and a camera. The raccoon avoided the traps but Mike's Pest Control was persistent, regularly checking the traps and trying different baits. They didn't stop their attempts until the raccoon was caught. If I have any other incidents like this one, I will use them again."

Adcock sent out an engineer I would have to say, as he went around my entire property documenting what needed to be sealed and presented that report to me. I then had the option to pay or not, no pressure, which I thought was excellent. With the amount of information they gave me, I could have tried to do it myself which I really appreciated. I decided to pay for the work and they came right out and sealed up the house real good. Ever since then, I have had ZERO mice. They gave me a 5 year warranty on the work they did.
