"They were a little late, as a previous job went over. But to compensate me for the delay they gave me a free dryer vent clesning, and it really needed it. The guy was very courteous and thorough on my chimney, cleaned it but said he didn'the notice any real occlusions, and recommended I preheat the chimney in the future, which I tried last night and it worked great. Overall good experience, and great at communicating and keeping me in the loop."

"WONDERFUL! Jimmy and his fellow technician did a fantastic job of cleaning the dryer vent. I was appalled at how much lint was removed! They were fast, efficient, and cleaned up the area just like new. I was so impressed I asked for an estimate to replace panels in my fireplace while Jimmy was here.
