"They were a little late, as a previous job went over. But to compensate me for the delay they gave me a free dryer vent clesning, and it really needed it. The guy was very courteous and thorough on my chimney, cleaned it but said he didn'the notice any real occlusions, and recommended I preheat the chimney in the future, which I tried last night and it worked great. Overall good experience, and great at communicating and keeping me in the loop."

"WONDERFUL! Jimmy and his fellow technician did a fantastic job of cleaning the dryer vent. I was appalled at how much lint was removed! They were fast, efficient, and cleaned up the area just like new. I was so impressed I asked for an estimate to replace panels in my fireplace while Jimmy was here. I'll be using Finest Chimney Sweep again in the near future! Well done!"

"When I called I told them that I had a propane tank / fireplace and needed the chimney cleaned. When they arrived they said it dissipates and I didn't need it cleaned. I said then whey did you come out if you knew it wouldn't need to be cleaned. So they cleaned the fireplace instead and charged me for both but gave me a discount. What I really needed and told them was a certificate for a clean chimney which he said would be set via email. I have no invoice and called and reminded them that I needed the certification, but it still has not arrived. I have now called Heller's gas to come out and do it all over again. The service man was very nice and was most helpful, but after a two weeks the front part of the flieplace part fell off as it had not been secured properly. I think they have the potential to be good but for me it just was not the best solution."
