We had recently purchased a historic townhome in the Logan Circle neighborhood of DC which we knew to have significant mold issues. However, aside from a very obvious source in the sub-basement, we were not certain if/where other sources of mold growth were present in the home. Jon was very thorough on his initial visit, and used a moisture meter along with a keen eye to locate potential areas of mold growth behind drywall that another company's estimate had ignored.
