The new layout provided a combined kitchen and Great Room that opens up the floor plan and living area.  New cabinets, electrical, plumbing relocation, flooring, counter tops and appliances has made the kitchen and Great Room better than you will find in new homes and with better craftsmanship.

Dave and his crew and sub-contractor's are true professionals.  Daily communication was excellent as there were decisions that needed to be made during the demo and remodeling project.  The sub-contractors including electricians, drywall, plumbing and flooring did an outstanding job and coordinating the work was outstanding.

The project was complete in approximately 4 weeks and was on time and on budget.  We would definitely contact Precision Remodeling in the future and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.
