There were some issues with a crack in the grout, and the fact that we received a plastic toilet seat (this is a house, not a motel), for which the project manager has promised prompt remediation. The main issue is that workers were habitually late, or sometimes didn't even show up on days they were supposed to come. My wife and I both work and have to take time off to meet workers. On multiple occasions we have been stood up (still waiting for the grout and toilet seat to be fixed).
