"I recently had Harold install a few new appliances in my house and was disappointed to find out that the quote for the project was nowhere near what the actual cost ended up being. I was also not made aware of the additional costs from the quote until after I already received the bill (if I knew it would cost extra to remove my door, I would have done it myself). I also asked for a copy of a bill where they said it cost over $100 for supplies, which I still have not received. The quality of the job seems to be good, but I am very disappointed about the lack of communication and felt I was a bit bait and switched on the cost of the job. I also needed to call them three separate times over 3 months before they actually came out. Overall, a frustrating experience, and I will probably not be using them again."

"Robert arrived right in the middle of the 2 hour window we had scheduled. He is friendly and very nice. The clothes washer wasn’t filling with water. The house is on a well and Robert discovered some particulates had clogged the hose connection water screen at the back of the washer. Robert fixed it in 10 minutes and recommended a filter at the output line of the well tank. I’m semi-handy and so I bought and installed the filter myself. The service call base price was so reasonable. We were relieved that the washer wasn’t needing major repair! So beyond nice and friendly, Robert is also kind and generous. We called on him a couple more times before selling the house. I heartily recommend Robert. It is refreshing to know someone who will fix it right in the most efficient way. David quickly identified the issue, and ordered the necessary part. We then scheduled a second appointment (one week later) in order to install the part. He was punctual for that appointment too, and repaired the dishwasher. Upon repair, he identified a second issue and quickly remedied that. I would definitely hire David again for any of my appliance needs."
