"This is the first time I have done business with WaterField LLC. Tes is an excellent plumber and left me a very happy customer. The pricing very fair and he was able to quickly diagnose my issue while being patient enough to help my understand my problem. Tes is definitely keeper and will definitely do business with him again."
"I would recommend Remedy P&D to anyone needing a plumber. They were fast to respond and schedule an appointment for a free estimate. The plumber arrived on time and was dressed in a professional company uniform. The plumber also recommended a quick cost saving option for fixing my upstairs bathroom drain. Instead of trying to make a quick buck by over charging me on a simple fix he advised me to save the cost and do his recommendation."
"Along with installing a new water heater, plumber also installed new upstairs showerhead, and checked faucet in kitchen and 1st floor showerhead for buildup. Plumber was friendly and willing to answer any questions/concerns that I had. Will definitely keep in mind for future plumbing issues."
"I had sht going everywhere. I couldn't use any water in the house without it flooding my basement via a toilet down there. Luckily it turned out to be my own sht and not flowing in from the outside line. They snaked the pipes and got things flowing again. Frank and Sam explained everything well and tried to help me find my buried sewer clean out which I didn't need for this job. I was pleased with them that I wish I could get their help on other plumbing needs that I have but may check out a recommendation from them instead of searching on my own. Thanks guys! "

"Diagnosis of problem and solution exceeded expectations. Very professional and courteous service. Implemented a money-saving, highy-effective solution not even mentioned as a possibility by four other plumbing companies. Great value for the money. I now have a plumber for life!"
"Immediate response, excellent plumbers (Danni & Dave), very professional and great to work with. Completed work in timely and complete manner. Will be my go to plumbing company in the future. I will be referring them to anyone who may need service."
"John E. Ruth company remodeled our basement bathroom several years ago (about $7000). They completely gutted the old bathroom and rebuilt it from scratch. The work they did was first-rate and the bathroom still looks beautiful. After superstorm Sandy, we had them come back and install a water-powered backup sump pump as well as cleaning and lining our old sump and replacing the old electric pump. The backup has worked flawlessly on the few occasions when the power was out and it came on. However, last week, there was a problem with the pipe leading from the main sump pump. Over time and with much use, the coupling worked itself loose. Fortunately, John E. Ruth sent out a plumber, Charlie, within an hour after I called them and he came up with a permanent fix to the problem. The supervisor (Jim Arnold) agreed that we did not owe them anything for this repair because they had originally installed the backup pump. Overall, we have been very pleased with the work they have performed and they stood behind their work when it counted. Also, they responded very quickly to our emergency. We would definitely use John E. Ruth plumbing again. "
"They contacted me the day I posted the need for a plumber, came out the next day, fixed the problem and did it for the best price of all the plumbers I called. Highly recommend this business."
Homeowners insurance usually doesn’t cover sewer backups because it’s typically an avoidable problem with proper maintenance. The only exception would be if the backup is occurring because of local flooding and only if your city uses a combined drainage system for stormwater and sewage. If that’s the case, your policy should cover any resulting damage.
A broken flange could lead to serious issues. When a flange breaks, the toilet is no longer secured to the subfloor, which leads to constant rocking when in use. Over time, this breaks the wax seal between the toilet and flange and causes leaking throughout the substrate, bathroom floor, and ceilings below the bathroom.
If you notice that your toilet is leaking puddles near the base, the leak is coming from your toilet bowl, and the water could be unsanitary. This is a situation that needs to be dealt with immediately—call a nearby plumbing repair pro right away. A contained leak from tank to bowl is not as urgent a situation, but it could be raising the cost of your water bill—have it looked at as soon as you can.
Wall-mounted faucets are installed 6 to 8 inches above the countertop. The height you choose is very significant because the wrong choice will lead to a faucet that splashes water everywhere. Your installer should have a good recommendation based on your sink type, size, and shape. A good installer will ensure the sink is comfortable and splash-free.
Like many other repair projects, the cost to fix a behind-the-wall shower leak depends on several factors. The cost of your repair may depend on the type of leak (from a clog or burst pipe), type of piping, and location of the leak. The extent of the issue and how difficult it is to access the pipes can greatly impact and increase your price. On average, you can expect to pay around $150 to $600 to repair a leaking shower.
