"AGS was fantastic to work with, from Todd, the salesperson who came to my house, all the way to Luke who delivered a sink grid to replace the incorrect one I originally received. I had contacts with so many of the employees of AGS (Baris, Oscar, Baran, Tiffany, and more whose names I don’t remember) and each one was thoughtful, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Their customer service is top-notch. I had a few minor glitches that were attended to immediately (e.g., the sink grid). I went to the showroom so I could actually pick out my granite stone. It was not a close ride but definitely worth it. The office staff and even the employees in the back with the stones could not have been more helpful. The "showroom" is really nice with lots of granite and quartz to choose from. I LOVE my new countertops, sinks, and faucet. My wife and I wanted to replace 4 hard to clean kitchen counter tops with smooth soap stone.  Saw the Origins shop from the road and on a whim decided to stop in and check their selection and prices.  The office manager, Cheryl, answered all our questions and brought up issues we hadn't yet thought of (like what type of new sink did we want (undermount, drop in, dual mount, farmhouse, etc.) and the pros/cons of each).  She knows the business and gladly answered our questions throughout the process.

We stopped in the showroom in late November and had the counters installed about two to three weeks later.  We were also given the opportunity to select a particular slab of soap stone from their supplier in Maryland but opted not to.  We had the option to purchase a new sink/faucet from Origins but decided to buy them at Lowe's.  No particular reason for this.  I'm sure the Origins-provided sinks/faucets would have been fine.  Origins' counter top / installation prices were very competitive and was thousands less than the one other local provider we called.  

The measurement technician who came to our home, Grace, and project manager, Chris, were very professional.  Installation for the 4 tops took about 3 - 4 hours and the installers arrived on the early side of the delivery window.  Besides the tops they installed our undermount sink and created holes for the new faucet and soap dispenser.  Again, very professional service.

In my experience you can tell if a company is good to work with (or not) by their willingness to thoroughly and promptly answer a customer's questions.  Origins passed with flying colors and I would not hesitate to recommend them and use their services again.  Thank you!

"For several years, we’ve been planning to replace our kitchen counters. When Angie’s List promoted a deal offered by Jeffress Stone, we inquired whether this was the deal we’d been looking for. And it really turned out to be, from quality of the stone to craftsmanship to value. First, Jeffress sent us photos of the stones included in the deal. When we realized we couldn’t make a decision based solely on photographs, Jeffress arranged for us to visit their warehouse, where we were treated graciously. But we found something we liked much more than the samples, and feared that the up-sell would bust the deal. But the added cost proved to be reasonable and fair. Both direct contacts were professional and timely. Gary arrived a few minutes early to make measurements and the template, and that process took nearly two hours. As a result, the finished stone fit perfectly. Similarly, the installation crew arrived a few minutes early, and the owner, Dave, followed close on their heels. He was present throughout the entire installation. We were especially impressed by the care with which the crew mixed caulk to match our cabinets exactly for one tricky seam. The crew took care to clean up when the job was done and to make sure we were satisfied with the installation. We’ve received several compliments on the new look in our kitchen and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jeffress Stone."

"I've used Anthony's company last time for a big job (hardwood, almost the whole house painted, carpeting) so when it was time to redo the kitchen I didn't need to fret about finding the right contractor.
Anthony gave me a great price for the granite and backsplash, a deal I couldn't pass up.  I needed to replace some appliances, and that's something that the store would normally charge you around $100 to install per appliance.  Anthony's crew installed that for me at no additional cost, greatly appreciated!
The team that installed the countertop was top notch. The whole job was done in one day, and I couldn't have been happier.  I have a very large gourmet island, and I was concerned we couldn't get one piece for the top.  They worked extra hard to ensure it was a single slap so that it would be seamless.  
The team that installed the backsplash was very detailed oriented.  We used glass subway tiles, so precision was important since the tile was green, and the grout white.  All in all, it was a pleasure to work with Anthony and his crew.  It felt like a reunion of some sort since I had worked with some of crew in the past.
As a bonus, Henry, one of Anthony's crew, installed couple hooks for me to hang a hammock in the sun room - something I've wanted for a while.
