"Discovered no water pressure late one evening and leaving for vacation next day. Called R&G at 11:30 pm and Rick walked us through the possible issues. He was at our house the next morning and found the problem quickly and at a minimal cost. He absolutely saved our Spring vacation as we could not have left with no water at the house. "The sales rep took several water testsâ ¦ The sales rep took several water tests and showed me the results. She told me that I needed more than just a water softener. I also needed a system to address the rust and iron in my well water. I did not want to spend a fortune but the sales lady was pretty convincing. The price was good and the workmanship was excellent. My water is clean again ! Now I can tackle the original problem. My toilet has bad rust stains. I will either get it clean, or replace it. I could not do this until the water was fixed."
