Initially he consulted with us about how he was going to contain the mess. The demolition of two of the bathrooms was smoothly followed by rough-in and framing. He coordinated the job so that plumbers, electricians, cabinet makers, granite glass company and all deliveries arrived in the right order and on time. Work on the third bathroom was deliberately delayed to avoid inconvenience. In the meantime, Dave worked on two other projects for us. He tiled the laundry room floor and painted, and he reconfigured the master closet and painted. In all instances Dave's painting was meticulous as was his attention to detail.
