E R Roofing removed the existing old roof including plywood and replaced it with new wood and roofing. They also installed new larger gutters and down spouts.

They did a great job with no surprises or  problems. The clean up was complete- no left over mess to clean up!

"Came up, took a look, told me I DIDN'T need a replacement, just some repairs, qouted me his price, we shook hands (Found out he was a fellow cigar smoker so I passed him a couple), he left, sent me the same estimate over email, I agreed, his men showed up and in less than an hour they had the repairs done. Now the thing is: He COULD have come in sounding all Doom & Gloom telling me the roof was about to cave in - NOPE! He could have given me a jacked up price - NOPE! His crew came, the saw, they fixed. "Mike Suerman came and reviewed the job came well prepared with thier gutter guards answered all of my mother's questions as well as follow up one from me. Once the decision to move ahead with all new gutters, guards and downspouts he came the following morning and had it done that day. My mother is very pleased with the job and customer service which is no small feat. Mike even went back out before the job to determine if there appeared to be any underlying damage and was very forthright as well as the cost very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and Mike to anyone looking for new gutters or guards. Mike even made a last minute request to move 2 of the downspouts work with no problem. I would give 10 stars if I could."

"My slight downgrade was based on little miscues in communication about arrival time and pricing. The work was excellent overall. The principal repair of an intermittent leak was diagnosed well, as the resulting work has survived more than a bit of strong rain and wind with no more water incursion. A minor complaint about drip edge installation was remedied completely, with all new materials again and finer workmanship. They sent a crew manager to re-do it on a return visit, at my convenience, refusing to accept any more payment and were quite decent about the request. I would certainly use the services of Champion Home Improvement again. They did what they were supposed to, and more."
