Ok job isn't done yet I did hire this company so far I spoke with them numerous times and they have been very helpful . There price was exactly where I wanted to be in my budget. They are supposed to come out this coming week and do the install. I will edit this when job is completed

Would not schedule a date in advance. Was sent a text with 5 min advance notice the crew was coming while I was not home. They were gone by the time I got back. During call to schedule service I was told I needed to put my credit card "on file" with them for billing. I declined and ultimately was sent an invoice and address to send a check for payment once the service was complete. I was a little disappointed that the crew left a paper bag full of wet debris behind and did not take it when they left. The problem was worse when I went to lift it and the bottom fell out and the wet debris spilled all over my patio that had to be shoveled up for disposal as yard waste. It never dawned on me to ask if the debris would be left behind. I chose to answer Yes, I would recommend this pro - as long as you realize they do not schedule in advance, want your credit card info up front, and do not remove the debris after the job is done.

I scheduled a gutter cleaning 1 1/2 weeks in advance. I was told I would be given notice prior to coming to the property. No notice was given, the crew left without doing any work.

I hired Neds Home, a gutter cleaning company recommended by Angies List, but the experience was not pleasant. The scheduling system was poor, and the company required my credit card details when scheduling the appointment. On the appointment day, the crew arrived without notifying me and could mot do the job. The manager called the next day and said that the crew did not have the appropriate equipment. Neds Home has over 60 years of experience but failed to have the necessary equipment to work in a home with a pinch roof. I cannot recommend Neds Home for any city gutter cleaning or replacement work.

I’m still waiting to see if there was anything wrong with the gutters and I would prefer if they gave me a day notice instead of a text 20 or thirty minutes before they came. I just would like that information so that I’m aware of who’s coming to my house.

I was looking on Angi for gutter cleaning services and got an email and call first thing in the morning from Ned Stevens. Very professional, gave me a price over the phone and the guys were out the next day! They did a great job and alerted me to an issue with an underground drainage pipe. Will have them out again in the spring!

Website stated free estimates. Spoke to representative, he had a very nasty disposition that they dont give free estimate, which it clearly states on their website and I requested when I set up an appointment. Needless to say, I still hired the gentleman that showed up to do the job, my gutters were awful. He was able to remove and replace existing gutter covers and got the job done. But that telephone conversation customer service was a true turnoff. If it wasnt for the gentleman that showed up and desperate need for gutter cleaning, I would have not used this service I spoke to someone else to complaint about how the first people spoke to me, that second person was much more pleasant.
