Over the past decade, Seneca Creek Home Improvement has replaced my roof, all windows, wrapped all original wood with aluminum; recent gutter project is just the latest work Jeff and his teams have done for us. The work is excellent, and has stood the test of time. Furthermore, Jeff Leach (the owner) absolutely stands behind his work 100%. Over the years there have been a few minor issues which he had his team fix without any issues or questions. You may find cheaper contractors (although Jeff is highly competitive) but if you want reliability and peace of mind, go with Jeff and his team. --Andy (Germantown, MD)

Good experience overall

Excellent hard-working crew gave us a new roof and repaired water-damaged woodwork within 36 hours. They accidentally clipped a TV cable, but made things right by paying for the replacement. Very good response times via instant messaging. Will use them again to replace gutters next year.

The company send me an estimate then they Cancelled their offer stating that they don't do flat roofing

Seneca did a great job of squeezing my townhouse roof replacement into a busy schedule. Did the job in less than 1 day. I am only deducting 1/2 star for a little leftover debris they missed in the cleanup.

Loved working with Seneca Creek to get our new roof. They were professional and got the job done fast. They cleaned up well after themselves and were responsive and easy to communicate with.
