"It was okay nothing special I found them a little non responsive I reached out a couple times to ask for an update he said he come back out but the weather was really cold it was a bad time and I was actually pretty good about that I just really didn't cared that he hadn't come back I was just curious when he was coming back and I never did hear from him finally my wife got hold of him and said well he was into something what you did or what saw what you repaired and he said okay yeah I sent you an email and we never hear anything more, there is a period when he fixed the leak that I hoped he fixed but on the other hand I don't know that I would hire again. I don't know what he did I don't know if it's a temporary fix or if it a long term fix I like to know what it was I never gotten any confirmation what exactly he did do and if there is any other problems so I said he could explore and see if there is anything else that need to be done, that's fine but I found other people in the past to be more helpful and more informative and I don't think I will ever use him again."

"From start to finish, WE Griffin Roofing did outstanding work. An important aspect as that they are both a roofing company as well as a gutter company, and in our case both sets of expertise were needed. We obtained three bids, and decided to choose WE Griffin because Matt Hoffman gave us such an insightful analysis and estimate of the work needed. We had purchased this house (a 1962 split level) last year, and the gutters were literally falling off their fascia boards and also the fascia boards were coming apart as well. Mr. Hoffman diagnosed that potentially extensive roof repair would also be required, including both the rafter tails as well as the sheeting under the shingles near the edges, and including that work in his estimate along with the gutter and trim replacement. His estimate of the work needed turned out to be very accurate as many of the rafter ends and a whole section of sheeting on the back side were rotted and needed repair/replacement. The crew was similarly excellent; they arrived on site as scheduled and worked tirelessly for nearly 4 days to do all the repair work, replace all the fascia boards, replace some of the missing cladding that had also come off in places, and install a complete set of new gutters. Each day when the crew left they tidied up the site very nicely, and at the end of the project the yard was completely clean. They worked very carefully with a lot of attention to detail. The outcome is that we now have gutters as well as fascia boards and cladding that all look spectacular! We are very pleased with their work."

"The project replaced LeafFilter gutter covers w/ GutterHelmut. GutterHelmet is far superior to LF. LF clogs so while the gutters are protected, the rainwater spills off of the cover onto the ground below. My high roof has had GH for 20 years, no problem. My low roof had LF for 16 years but no more. The removal/installation went smoothly w/ a friendly, competent crew."

"Zach and crew are fantastic. While not the least expensive of the proposals we got, they had by far the best proposal (the most extensive) and we were just plain comfortable with Zach. He is extremely customer-focused and said repeatedly that he is all about making sure that his customers are 100% happy. And we are, two years after the work was done. (Sorry Zach for taking so long to post this!) His crew replaced all of our gutters after we had our entire roof replaced. They also put metal covers on all exterior wood trim, so we never have to worry about that again. They also did a few other smaller things, all really, really well. 100% would recommend, very highly!"

"I hired them because of the quality of the supplies and the price. They cleaned up nicely and returned the next day to install the planned gutter replacement. The only item is some damage caused in my fairly new master bath shower. Somehow part of the wall pulled away causing a large gap at the ceiling and cracked grout along the sides. At the very least grout will need to be repaired. Working with Jeff Leach to see what can be done. The contract states that vibration damage is not the company's responsibility."

They cleaned the gutters, fixed the gutter where it was loose and they bagged all the trash up. They did not charge extra for the loose gutter either. Nice and neat and EXCELLENT service!!
