They were prompt and professional with the scheduling. They showed up on time and worked late into the evening every day. They estimated the job at 3 days for the roof plus an additional day for gutters. They completed the work on schedule and with excellent quality. They cleaned up every day and left nothing behind after the work was completed. Payment terms were reasonable and accommodated the insurance process."

"I hired Moses Williamson to clear my gutters and downspouts. His crew noticed cement debris laying on the roof. Moses inspected the damage and it turned out I had a damaged chimney crown that required replacement. In addition, the brick chimney needed tuckpointing in several places to refill the mortar joints. His crew replaced the cement crown, tuckpointed the chimney, and applied a clear sealer over the entire surface. Based on Mosesâ recommendation I agreed to have the brick facade spot tuckpointed and sealed. In truth I had previously noticed small spots of missing mortar on the brick front but had simply put off addressing. I found Moses to be knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He showed me photos of the crown damage, and patiently answered my many questions. And yes, the gutters and downspouts were cleared. "I hired them because of the quality of the supplies and the price. They cleaned up nicely and returned the next day to install the planned gutter replacement. The only item is some damage caused in my fairly new master bath shower. Somehow part of the wall pulled away causing a large gap at the ceiling and cracked grout along the sides. At the very least grout will need to be repaired. Working with Jeff Leach to see what can be done. The contract states that vibration damage is not the company's responsibility."
