That includes, site visit, inspection, and a verbal on site report and follow up with contractors as needed . The fee for site visit and inspection is a flat fee, basically it is the charge to drive to your location and provide a verbal report. This fee does not include a written formal report. A written report is approximately an additional $300. I work evenings and weekends as needed, structural, architectural and mechanical design, inspections and reports, fronsic, expert witness. The price was a little higher than other bids, but he presented the most professional ideas, demonstrated experience, and we were very confident with PVI. His crew was great, and they did a beautiful job. It was finished last November just before the weather got cold. We asked him back in the spring to trim up some of the concrete edges when were doing some landscaping and he came back out and finished it off. We are very happy with the work, and would definitely recommend."
